Randstad had a Commercial suite that was vacant, 1,600 sqft and they wanted to build out a new office space, they were looking for a Commercial Contractor that was responsive and professional and chose Mammoth Pros.
Beginning the project was successful in that the plans were discussed, agreed to. The Architect did a great job scoping the project which helped us avoid a lot of potential issues.

There were a number of interesting highlights in this project. Demolition consisted of demoing the whole property. The main feature of the plumbing was to add a new sink. Millwork went very nicely with the Flooring. The cabinets matched very well with the vinyl flooring and the break room looks very rich and professional. All of the framing was up to code with ⅝ Fire-rated walls and the bathroom was updated to be ADA compliant. The lighting was completely re-done to make it brighter and more welcoming. Safety lights and night lights were also included.
To finish the project on-time we maintained a high level of efficiency and the end result was very satisfactory.
