On Q Property Management needed a new home in 2016 after spending only 3 years in their last office in Mesa, Arizona. Their quick growth along with plans to continue growing made it necessary to move and to remodel the space to fit their style and needs. The old cubicles left behind were demolished to make room for custom wooden cubicles. Three conference rooms were formed, multiple private offices created, and the reception area was renewed. This Tenant Improvement was unique, yet fit the modern open work space model that is very popular today.
