Mammoth Pros were asked to do complete TI for this building. The customer requested a dog washing and grooming facility. This project was special in that there were some requirements that were uncommon including meeting FDA standards for Health and Hygiene. Specialty plumbing was needed called a hair trap, installed to catch any fur that would be washed into the drains. Very large and beautiful windows were installed to maximize natural lighting and to create an open and spacious effect and all of the walls were built to Commercial standards.
